Ingredients:
- 200g fresh tuna (sashimi grade)
- 2 cups rice
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 green onions
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground sesame seeds
- Shiso leaves (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Add the tuna and gently mix. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the avocado, cucumber, and red onion into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the green onions.
- Serve the rice in bowls and top with the marinated tuna and cut vegetables.
- Sprinkle with ground sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Add shiso leaves if desired.
- Lightly mix everything together and enjoy!
