Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh tuna (sashimi grade)
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground sesame seeds
  • Shiso leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Add the tuna and gently mix. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the avocado, cucumber, and red onion into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the green onions.
  4. Serve the rice in bowls and top with the marinated tuna and cut vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle with ground sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Add shiso leaves if desired.
  6. Lightly mix everything together and enjoy!
